Kata Lucky Villa, Kata Beach
Great Deluxe Villas, spacious (1 bedroom + 1 living room/kitchen) and clean. Very good pool, beautiful garden. Relaxing and quiet location just a five minutes stroll away from the beach (they also provide a shuttle service). The only drawback is that the AC in the bedroom is very intense (even on lowest level) whereas the living room/kitchen is only equipped with a fan. Altogehter the Lucky Villa is very good value for money.

Très grande villa comportant deux pieces dont une très grande chambre le tout avec terrace . L ensemble est situé dans un quartier très calme à 10 minutes à pied de la plage ( Il y a une navette gratuite toute les heures ) . La piscine est petite mais suffisante . les espaces verts sont très bien entrenus .
Nous reviendrons certainement à cet hotel .

hi the hotel kata laky villa is a true pradiso terrestrial beautiful spacious rooms and cleaning up,
the garden is taken care of and also cleaned the swimming pool, the breakfast is excellent with a good personnel nice and helpful, and practically perfect the expense is worth....... Angel Capponcelli....

The hotel is okey. In the pictures it looks like the pool area is very big and it´s very small. The breakfast is not to recomend. It was okey to stay there for one night but I never gonna stay there again.

It was a little problem to book. We wanted a room on Sugar Palm Kata Resort & Spa but there was no room availble so we was offered a room at Sugar Palm Grand Hillside but when we paid they didn´t have any room avalible. Then we was offered a room at Kata Lucky Villa.

I absolutely loved Kata Lucky Villa. The villas were unexpectedly large with 2 rooms (kitchen/dining room and bedroom) and a private terrace. The garden/pool were great with trees and bushes and grass and plenty of space. The pool could be larger, but they had a pool bar!
The resort is a bit far from the beach and they offer free hourly tuk-tuk to/from the beach. (We didn t care as we always rent a motorbike for the whole stay.)
The breakfast was very good - there is a choice of continental/american/traditional thai food, fresh fruits, etc.
What ruined most of the impression that there was an ongoing construction on the adjacent plot just behind our villa where the workers started drilling at 7 AM in the morning!!! They also had the construction near the restaurant so you couldn t eat in silence either.
I would definitely recommend this resort given two conditions: 1) you have a car or motorbike 2) you don t get a villa near the construction area. Besides that, Kata Lucky Villa is great!
